Summary:
The Compliance Director oversees and ensures enterprise compliance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, policies, contractual obligations, and ethical requirements. This is a leadership role that requires independent judgment, proactive monitoring, and the ability to influence across the organization. The Compliance Director is responsible for implementing and managing NCCHCA and CMHN’s compliance programs, including developing and maintaining policies, conducting training, and maintaining processes to support ongoing adherence to requirements.
