Your role
As a Compliance Engineer, your mission is to ensure the business remains compliant, audit-ready, and operationally effective through a risk-based, system-led approach to SHEQ management. You will report to the Hiring Manager.

You will

Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) across quality, environment, and health & safety standards

Deliver internal audits, support external audits, and ensure timely closure of audit findings

Drive risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement through investigations, data insights, and system optimisation
