Main Duties and Responsibilities 1. Regional Compliance Programme Management Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Africa Regional Compliance Programme in alignment with Global Integrity & Compliance requirements. Ensure effective implementation and operationalisation of Global and Regional compliance policies, procedures, standards and controls across the Africa Region. Develop, maintain and periodically review regional compliance SOPs, guidance documents, templates and governance processes tailored to country‑specific requirements. Support the embedding of ethical business practices and a culture of compliance throughout all business operations.
