Compliance Manager - Deputy MLRO

We are a leading trading platform expanding globally and looking for a Compliance Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our financial crime and compliance program. The Deputy MLRO will own day‑to‑day AML/CFT controls, translate the firm’s AML framework into operational rigor, and act as principal cover for the Head of Compliance and MLRO.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and continuously tune the transaction monitoring programme, including rule governance, alert prioritisation, threshold calibration, and blockchain analytics. Produce monitoring reports on alert volumes, closure rates and SAR conversion ratios.
• Review and investigate escalated alerts, prepare SAR/STR narratives and submit filings to the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain a complete internal register of all filed cases.
