This is a replacement hire for a role that has been central to our legal operations. The ideal candidate brings a dual foundation in Company Secretarial practice and Law (CS LLB), with hands-on experience managing corporate compliance, contracts, regulatory filings, and legal risk in a fast-growing startup or technology-driven company.
