Provide legal support across all corporate governance matters of the Company
Support Board of Directors and General Assembly processes, including documentation, resolutions, and compliance with applicable legislation
Develop, implement, and continuously enhance company-wide compliance programs
Provide legal advice and ongoing support on compliance, data protection, GDPR, and competition law matters in line with applicable regulations and internal policies
Manage and coordinate Disciplinary Committee and Ethics Committee processes, including investigations, case assessments, documentation, and decision-making workflows
Ensure full alignment of disciplinary and ethics processes with applicable laws, internal regulations, and company policies
