Role Overview:

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end regulatory adherence, compliance testing, RBI reporting, and compliance governance as per industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:


Review and perform Compliance Testing of RBI Tranche III within defined timelines.
Prepare quarterly notes to the Audit Committee of the Board (ACB) on compliance testing observations.
Review compliance observations, conduct discussions with stakeholders, and finalize compliance reports.
Drive improvements in Compliance Snap Testing through automation, analytics, and best-practice alignment, including selection of parameters based on RBI penalty trends.
Prepare Annual Compliance Risk Assessment to identify critical and high-risk units for compliance testing.
