Own the operational build-out of our compliance function as we move to full BaFin authorization as a KVG – you drive it day to day, while management provides oversight.
Draft our compliance policies and handbooks and design the underlying processes from the ground up (e.g. compliance, conflicts of interest, personal account dealing, remuneration, complaints, whistleblowing).
Contribute to the authorization dossier – business plan under § 22 KAGB, organizational and process documentation – together with our external advisor and the BaFin filing.
Coordinate our outsourced functions (AML via Kerberos, internal audit) and ensure clean interfaces and controls.
After licensing, run and evolve the permanent compliance function (KAMaRisk): monitor regulatory change (KAGB, AIFMD, DORA, SFDR/ESG), advise teams, deliver trainings, and report to management and the supervisory board.
