In close collaboration with the Business Partner of the relevant country/countries, identifies, organizes, and proactively participates in appropriate compliance and investigation trainings, networking events, and other relevant training activities to support professional development;
Oversees the localization of globally provided policies, training content, or other materials to meet local requirements and ensures quality assurance;
Independently monitors, analyzes, assesses, and documents local business operations, processes, structures, relationships, and external developments; independently implements appropriate controls supporting an effective Compliance Program;
Manages local compliance advisory activities, particularly in situations requiring consultation with local management, thereby ensuring compliance awareness and effective management of potential compliance risks;
