Educational Background: Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance-related courses, or Legal Management.
Experience: With at least two (2) years of experience in compliance or related roles within a corporate or financial environment.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements from:
SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission)
BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue)
Other government agencies relevant to company operations
Familiarity with filing procedures, statutory reports, renewals, permits, and corporate housekeeping is essential.
Technical Skills: Computer literate; proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable using online government portals for submissions and monitoring.
