Hiring: Compliance Officer — Sweet Intelligence (Singapore)

This is the named Compliance Officer role for our Singapore payments licence application — a foundational hire. The CO leads the application, goes through fit-and-proper review, and owns the Singapore compliance function from day one.

What I'm looking for:

• Senior, hands-on AML/CFT and sanctions experience in Singapore payments, ideally with prior MPI or SPI work

• Comfortable being the named Compliance Officer through fit-and-proper review, with the personal accountability that carries

• Track record of building compliance frameworks at a payment institution — not just citing the rules

• Singapore-based, full-time, right to work in place. Currently work-from-home with an SG office expected as the team scales; periodic travel to Shenzhen.

• Background in cross-border payments, e-money issuance, acquiring or processing helps
