Ability to work independently in enhancing, creating and implementing policies but collaborative and considerate to work in regional jurisdictions in South East Asia and Oceania
Developing and implementing compliance policies
Updating compliance policies to reflect latest rules and regulations, industry best practices and changes to regulatory guidelines
Proactively auditing processes, documents and practices as well as informing and training employees to ensure they are aware of regulatory obligations
Evaluate the efficiency of controls and oversee control systems in order to deal with or prevent violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
Alerting stakeholders to potential non-compliant areas of the business and advise on remedial actions
Any adhoc tasks or projects assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of compliance experience
