The mission of Supplier Engineering is to deliver high-quality components to our production lines by developing a world-class supplier network. We achieve this by ensuring supply continuity, supporting business growth, driving annual cost reductions, and proactively mitigating supply chain risks.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of maintaining the quality of optoelectronic and optomechanical components to support robust production operations and deliver exceptional products to our customers. This individual brings hands-on process engineering experience, including analyzing nonconforming materials, identifying root causes, conducting detailed failure analyses, and effectively documenting and communicating findings to stakeholders.
