Job Description Lead and oversee the tracking and expediting of aircraft component returns from local and overseas airline customers to ensure timely recovery of assets Manage the end-to-end component return process, including loan and exchange order closures, and ensure timely return of parts to vendors to prevent late return penalties Optimise asset utilisation by evaluating component vintage, applicability, and commercial value when determining return strategies to vendors Provide operational oversight and guidance to CRU teams in Singapore, APACS (KL), and India (Delhi), ensuring alignment in processes, priorities, and service standards Act as the regional escalation point for core return issues, driving cross location coordination to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely component recovery Monitor, analyse, and report core return KPIs across internal user departments and customers Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to provide visibility on core return status and trend...
