We are seeking experienced Composite Technicians to join a leading aerospace manufacturing and maintenance environment in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and modifications on composite structural component
• Inspect, assess, and document composite damage
• Work from engineering drawings, specifications, and approved repair scheme
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and traceability requirements
• Record work performed and inspection results accurately
• Apply 5S principles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality team

Requirements

• Technical apprenticeship or equivalent vocational qualification (Composite Technician, Polymer Technologist, Sheet Metal Worker, or similar)
