Position Overview

            
Job Description: 
Research and develop new composite materials, products, and manufacturing processes 
Design and refine composite structures and production solutions 
Produce 2D drawings and 3D CAD models using SolidWorks 
Conduct feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and cost-benefit analyses 
Manage prototype development, testing, and validation activities 
Analyse test results and support the standardisation of new processes 
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on material and technology development 
Support supplier selection, material sourcing, and manufacturing improvements 
Maintain technical documentation, BOMs, and engineering reports 
Assist with quality improvements, design changes, and production challenges 
Support the implementation of new technologies into manufacturing operations
