**Description**

+ Manage mass production requirements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, ensuring all aspects relating to Safety,quality, customer service and productivity are met.
+ Control and manage the OTC process in Compounding.
+ Through direct reports and personal interaction, manage the team to deliver business needs including performance management (recognition, absence, discipline) and development (succession planning, education) of that group.
+ Help to set and deliver key metrics such as Safety TIR, batch RFT, cost efficiency, Material Usage Variance, GMP and housekeeping requirements.
+ From the Supply Chain strategy, help to develop the Site strategy and department strategy as aligned documents. Ensure the strategy is communicated and focused throughout the reporting teams and lead/participate in key Site⁃based initiatives as required.
