+ Lead daily compounding operations, including pre-weigh, batching, and material handling to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
+ Manage and develop production staff, including scheduling, training, performance oversight, and shift coordination.
+ Ensure full compliance with GMP, FDA, SOP, and OSHA standards across all compounding activities.
