Job Description
The Compounding Lab Technician supports lab-scale compounding and processing trials for rubber, silicone, and thermoplastic materials. This role involves operating mixers, mills, extruders, and molding equipment while controlling process parameters to ensure consistent, high-quality results. The technician collaborates cross-functionally with Material Science, Analytical, and Testing teams to align on trial objectives and ensure timely sample readiness.
