About the Role:

As a Computer Operator this position will be responsible for monitoring the activities of a large-scale data center. His or her responsibilities will range from performing first response to system failures/problems to investigating and resolving operational issues across a variety of computing environments including online and batch applications.
This position is a part time role and may include off shift hours, weekends, and holidays.

+ Shift: 1pm to 9pm

+ Weekend Hours are 7am to 5pm
Tasks and Responsibilities:

+ Take predetermined corrective action to restore service for HFHS clients.

+ Restart jobs, restore files, recreate reports, and resolve system issues.

+ Process third party remittance files via Web or Intranet connections

+ Monitor work schedules to help ensure timely completion of batch jobs.

+ Process visitors to the Data Center to safeguard the integrity of data/equipment.
