Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities:  Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment 
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues 
Perform system upgrades, software installations, and updates 
Diagnose and repair computer hardware problems 
Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues 
Configure email accounts, internet connections, and antivirus software 
Maintain IT inventory and documentation 
Ensure data security and system backup procedures are followed 
Support basic network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting 
 Requirements:  Diploma or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking 
Familiarity with computer hardware and software troubleshooting
