**Role and Scope of Position:**
This function is generally responsible for helping customers (users) perform their business function by troubleshooting their computer hardware or software problems and/or dispatching appropriate support personnel. The Computer Technicians create, update, track and report on entries in the IT ticketing and asset management system.
