We are looking for a Concessions Finance Assistant to join our Finance team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for controlling the invoicing and reconciliation process for our concession partners to ensure that they are paid accurately and on time.


About The Role



As the Concessions Finance Assistant you will be responsible for the prompt and accurate preparation of the concession self-billing invoices, including all relevant back up documents, to a very strict deadline on a monthly basis to ensure Harrods concession partners are paid accurately.



You will also;



Respond to any and all queries from internal stakeholders and external partners

Support the onboarding of new concession partners including communication of finance requirements during meetings with brand and support

Provide accurate information to external auditors during interim, final and ad-hoc audits throughout the year
