Job Scope: - Serve as a key guest contact by handling enquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services, and ensuring all interactions reflect a high standard of hospitality.
- Deliver personalised concierge services by assisting with restaurant reservations, transport arrangements, tickets, tours, and offering recommendations based on strong local knowledge.
- Manage guest logistics including safe luggage handling, storage, deliveries, VIP requests, and coordination with departments to ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences.
- Maintain lobby presence and operational standards by ensuring cleanliness, safety, and professionalism while collaborating with teams and adhering to hotel policies and service excellence standards.
