Concierge – Front Office Desk

Responsibilities

The Concierge will work at the Front Office Desk of the Hotel and will act as a point of reference for guests who need assistance or require information. The Concierge must be able to provide customized solutions to each guest by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the Hotel, assist with the booking of transportation, and advise of malls, attractions, points of interest, and other destinations within the vicinity.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Hospitality Qualification or similar
• Previous Concierge experience
• Hands‑on problem‑solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Friendly, courteous and service‑oriented
• Customer service driven with outstanding communication and active listening skills
