This person must have a commitment and passion for ensuring the best in guest services and creating a special touch when it comes to guest requests. This is a highly visible role representing Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for a seasoned Concierge that shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm and passion into everything they do. The Concierge is responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
