As the face of the hotel, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing a warm welcome, local knowledge, and outstanding service to all visitors and residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming guests and assisting with arrivals and departures
- Providing local recommendations, directions, and concierge services
- Valet parking and vehicle movements when required
- Assisting with luggage and guest requests
- Coordinating transport, taxis, and reservations
- Maintaining the highest standards of customer service at all times
