Responsibilities - Welcome members and assist with all enquiries and bookings.
- Coordinate facility reservations, events, and partner services.
- Handle day-to-day concierge duties including email and phone enquiries.
- Support the planning and execution of members-only events.
- Maintain high service standards and update member records.
Requirements - Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of front-facing service or concierge experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional with a service-oriented mindset.
Salary $3,000 to $4,000
