Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors
• Managing meeting room setup, checks and resets
• Supporting AV/VC and technical requirements
• Ensuring rooms are clean, prepared and compliant
• Handling customer queries and escalating issues when required
• Reporting maintenance and cleaning issues to the Helpdesk
• 2–3 years’ frontline hotel, concierge or customer service experience
• Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
