What is the Opportunity?

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Civil Superintendent is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, in compliance with contracts and job cost estimates, and with all work performed safely to acceptable standards of quality and workmanship. This is a site‑based position supporting projects across Western Canada; the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel regularly for work.

What You’ll Do Here:

• Participate in bid review processes to verify estimated production, constructability, and quantities.
• Lead field execution of civil scopes with a strong emphasis on concrete works, earthworks, and underground utilities.
• Review and interpret shop drawings, IFC drawings, rebar drawings, and specifications to ensure work is executed accurately.
• Oversee and coordinate civil work activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
