Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to prepare accurate and timely project bids aligned with company pricing standards. This role is responsible for analyzing project requirements, performing takeoffs, and developing cost estimates that support competitive and profitable project execution.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications
• Prepare complete and accurate bid packages within deadlines
• Develop labor and material cost estimates using company standards
• Review and validate vendor quotes and pricing inputs
• Identify scope gaps, discrepancies, and potential risks
• Coordinate responses to RFIs, addenda, and bid clarifications
