Position Overview

            Order Type : Temp MEMCO is looking to add Concrete/Waterproofing/Caulking in Memphis, TN!
Pay: $25-28/hr
Schedule: 7am - 5/5:30pm ; FT and Long-Term
Monday-Thursday, OT available

Job Overview: Our customer is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher & Waterproofing Specialist to perform concrete work, joint sealing, and waterproofing applications on commercial and/or industrial projects. This role requires hands-on experience with surface prep, sealants, and ensuring durable, watertight finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform concrete finishing, repair, and patching (slabs, walls, sidewalks, etc.)
Apply sealants, caulking, and expansion joint systems
Install waterproofing systems (membranes, coatings, sealers)
Prepare surfaces (cleaning, grinding, priming) prior to application
Inspect work areas for cracks, leaks, and structural issues
