Position Overview

Within the Mental Health and Addictions Services of Prescott-Russell, the Concurrent Disorders Counsellor provides integrated care to individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use/gambling challenges.

The counsellor conducts comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develops and implements integrated care plans, provides case management and care coordination, delivers counselling and therapeutic interventions, and monitors client progress.

They work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, families, caregivers, and community partners to ensure a coordinated and client-centered approach.

TEMPORARY FULL-TIME position until September 2027 approximately

The counsellor may be asked to work at different locations depending on organizational needs.
