Responsible for management and maintenance for the common areas of the deployed estate/building.
Require to supervise the estate/building management, maintenance and security personnel and term and ad-hoc contractors engaged to maintain and upkeep the building and facilities
Supervise the project work in common area and schedule the testing work for relevant certificates & licence renewal.
Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the estate/building.
Receive and attend complaints by residents and owners on the common properties.
Preparation of meetings including management report and follow up on the instruction given by the meeting.
General Administrative works.
