Auckland University of Technology (AUT) is seeking a fixed-term, full-time Conference & Events Coordinator for 10 months at the City Campus. You will lead end-to-end planning, liaise with clients, schedule events, manage catering, AV, logistics, and financial reconciliation in a fast-paced environment.

You'll collaborate across Faculties and Estates, deliver academic conferences, student engagement events, and external events, while upholding AUT's values and service standards.
