Auckland University of Technology (AUT) City Campus is seeking a Coordinator for end-to-end planning and delivery of conferences and events. This fixed-term, full-time role runs for 10 months during parental leave, reporting to the Team Leader – Conference & Events and working with the Commercial Services and Estates team.

You will manage client liaison, scheduling, catering, AV, logistics and financial administration, coordinating across faculties and support services.
