Job Description
The Manager of Positive Employee Relations is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s employee relations strategy, with a focus on proactive engagement and a positive workplace environment. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, HR stakeholders, and legal partners, providing guidance on employee relations matters and ensuring alignment with company policies and employment laws.
Key responsibilities include advising leaders on employee relations practices, leading investigations into workplace concerns, and supporting conflict resolution and mediation efforts.
