**Key Responsibilities**

+ Evaluate customer sales orders for completeness of required data logger settings.
+ Label electronic devices as needed.
+ Prepare and package devices for shipment including requested documentation.
+ Review electronically generated files for quality of recorded data.
+ Using bar code scanners process serialized devices as required.
+ Keep count of fully processed units and record fallout for supervisor evaluation.
+ Able to clearly communicate via email and/or phone with other locations and/or departments (i.e. Client Services) regarding orders, order status, constraints, delays, problems, etc.
+ Assist Team Lead in printing customer orders, work tickets, post validations and spec notes to ensure proper distribution of daily workload and timely processing of orders, as needed.
