The role bridges Solution Consulting (the what and why) and Technical Consulting (the how), owning the hands‑on configuration that turns customer requirements into working outcomes.

They are accountable for ensuring the platform is configured accurately and consistently with the Design Brief and SOW, while anticipating downstream impacts to integrations, security, reporting, and ongoing operations.
