PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are seeking a detail-oriented

CMDB Analyst/Specialist

with 6–8 years of relevant experience in

Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

implementation, data governance, and lifecycle management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of CMDB data, supporting IT service management processes, and ensuring alignment with ITIL best practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CMDB Data Management & Quality Governance
Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all Configuration Items (CIs).
Enforce CI naming standards, lifecycle states, models, and data governance rules.
Improve CMDB health using defined KPIs (accuracy, completeness, compliance, relationship quality).
Perform routine audits and reconciliation across discovery tools, asset sources, and cloud inventories.
Drive long-term data quality improvement programs with measurable outcomes.
