This position supports coating operations on printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies in a production environment. The role focuses on masking, coating application, inspection, curing, rework, and maintaining quality standards while working safely with coating materials and equipment.

Required Skills

• Ability to mask and prepare components that must remain free of coating


• Ability to apply coating using spray guns, brushes, or dipping processes


• Ability to inspect coating coverage for uniformity, including UV light inspection


• Ability to operate curing ovens and repair coating defects
