**Job Description**

The Conformal Coating Technician prepares, masks, coats, inspects, and reworks printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to meet rigorous customer, industry, and internal quality standards. You will apply conformal coatings using both manual and automated equipment, verify coverage and thickness, and ensure high-quality workmanship for high-reliability electronic products used in aerospace, defense, medical, industrial, telecommunications, and other advanced technology applications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare printed circuit board assemblies for conformal coating, including cleaning and surface preparation.
+ Perform masking operations to protect components and areas that must not receive conformal coating.
