**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Connection Center Triage RN, you will rapidly assess and prioritize patients' healthcare needs, directing them to the appropriate level of care.

Every day you will conduct patient interviews, evaluate symptoms, perform initial assessments, and apply critical thinking to determine urgency and disposition. You will also provide advice, educate, and coordinate care.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate exceptional critical thinking, rapid assessment abilities, and strong communication, managing priorities effectively under pressure to ensure timely and appropriate patient attention.
