Job Title: Construction Administrator
Job Summary:
The Construction Administrator provides administrative and operational support for construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role helps ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and properly documented by coordinating contracts, project files, communications, schedules, and compliance-related paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to project managers, superintendents, and construction teams
+ Maintain project files, contracts, submittals, change orders, RFIs, and other construction documentation
+ Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
+ Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
+ Assist with bid documents, proposals, and contract administration
