Safety Specialists provide leadership, direction and education on Mark Young Construction Projects of key strategic initiatives targeted at improving safety culture and compliance across the organization.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide field support and guidance to ensure field implementation of MYC Safety policies, procedures, protocols, best practices, etc. are integrated into all aspects of the project as well as owner requirements.


• Responsible for safety management of multiple locations, monitoring safety activity, with a heavy emphasis on communication and training, including best practice sharing.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule site visits to multiple projects from start up through completion during both day and night shifts.
