The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Contract Manager to join a highly secure and technically advanced programme supporting critical UK defence infrastructure and operational capability.

This role offers the chance to work within a complex project environment, managing construction procurement activities, subcontractor performance, and commercial delivery across high-value programmes. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with operational and commercial objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with project, commercial, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive contract performance, manage supplier relationships, and mitigate risk throughout the project lifecycle.
