Position Overview

What you’ll be doing


  • Produce supervision plans for each scheme, including resource requirements, testing, certification and health and safety considerations

  • Undertake the role of Supervisor in line with NEC3 and NEC4 contracts

  • Review and assess electrical designs and installations, including lighting, traffic signals and power distribution systems

  • Ensure compliance with electrical standards, codes and safety regulations

  • Work with engineers, contractors and stakeholders to optimise electrical systems

  • Identify and resolve conflicts between civil and electrical designs

  • Carry out inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety

  • Issue instructions to contractors where required, including out of hours

  • Review health and safety files using as built information

  • Review Construction Phase Plans on behalf of the Client where required
