About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service and technical skills. The Technician C1 Labourer-Operator is accountable for operating machinery and any labour type functions on a construction project to deliver flawlessly to our customers.

Accountabilities Include

• Operation of mini-excavator, backhoe, skid-steer, and other equipment and machinery
• Interpretation of plans, diagrams and locates
• Accurate and timely completion of work
• Adherence to Health & Safety standards
• Actively communicate with team members and Supervisor on project coordination
• Proficient in filling out documentation (daily work orders and tailboards)
• Report any project delays or issues to Supervisor
• Daily safety inspection of all equipment and tools
• Observe equipment maintenance schedule and advise supervisor when repairs are required
