Annual Pay Range: $134,000 to $150,000 yearly, plus benefits

Schedule: M-F, 40 hours/week (on site)

Location: Greater San Francisco

Kaiser Permanente’s Construction Department has an immediate opening in the San , CA for an experienced Construction Estimator. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of general construction estimating experience with an emphasis on medical and institutional construction; Qualified candidate will have 5+ years of commercial MEP Construction experience with emphasis on medical and institutional construction; analytical problem-solving skills; familiarity with UBC, ADA, Title 24, and state and local regulatory building codes.
