They use modern estimating platforms and have an in‑house estimator team to produce and finalize proposals. The company values fast, accurate estimates to reduce backlog and increase bid conversion.
We’re hiring a dedicated estimating resource to take on the volume of quantity takeoffs and produce initial, accurate estimates so the internal estimator can focus on review and finalization. The primary objective is to reduce backlog and speed up turnaround of proposals to improve conversion and business throughput.
